Gather Your Medical Records
Please bring copies of your medical records to your appointment whenever possible. We also encourage patients to complete any recommended laboratory testing prior to their visit. Complete Your New Patient Forms
You may complete your intake forms online before your appointment or arrive approximately 15 minutes early to complete them in the office.
Your Initial Visit
Initial appointments typically last 45 to 60 minutes and are designed to provide a thorough evaluation of your health concerns.
During your visit, Dr. Mary Kathleen Figaro will:
- Review your medical history and current health concerns
- Perform a focused medical evaluation
- Review available medical records and laboratory results
- Discuss possible causes of your symptoms
- Develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific endocrine or metabolic condition
- Review treatment options and answer your questions
We believe healthcare works best when patients are active participants in their care. You are an important partner throughout the evaluation and treatment process, and no other patients are scheduled during your appointment time.
Visit Fees
Payment is due at the time of service.
30-Minute Visit: $160
45-Minute Visit: $240
60-Minute Visit: $320
Appointment Cancellation Policy
If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, a $25 cancellation fee will apply.
We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible to avoid cancellation charges.
